Mantell Associates is currently partnered with one of the most trusted engineering companies who are searching for a CIP System Owner to join their team.
CIP System Owner – Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize CIP systems to ensure effective cleaning and sanitation, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.
- Ensure all CIP systems are maintained and serviced regularly, troubleshooting and resolving issues to prevent operational disruptions.
- Ensure CIP systems are compliant with all relevant regulations, including hygiene standards and safety protocols.
- Work closely with operations teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and implement process changes for increased efficiency.
- Provide training to staff on the correct use and maintenance of CIP systems, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of CIP system operations, maintenance schedules, and compliance audits.
CIP System Owner – Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing CIP systems or similar process control systems within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of cleaning and sanitizing processes, system operations, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards related to CIP systems, including GMP and safety protocols.
- Ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions with minimal impact on operations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient system performance.
- A degree in Engineering, Process Technology, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
