Business Development Manager - Responsibilities:

  • Develop Business Development initiatives in line with the company's strategies and objectives.

  • Develop a sales strategy within the territory aligned with each business unit annual objectives.

  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

  • Manage prospects and client within CRM and develop leads from Global Database.

  • Display strong understanding of how to project development initiatives. In the form of written, oral, email, phone or presentational processes.

Business Development Manager - Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceuticals, a life science or business avenue. Equivalent substitute to a Bachelor's or Master's degree may be adequate.

  • Experience working with a pharmaceutical, CDMO, CRO, or Biotech organisation. Preferable if candidate has some level of first hand Business Development practice.

  • Being able to create strong working relationships with colleagues.

  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

  • Candidate must have exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing .

  • Handles stress effectively to ensure that a job is finished to the fullest extent, in spite of any personal strain.
