Business Development Manager – Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing targeted business development plans to achieve new revenue growth in clinical trial supplies
  • Identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities with biotech, pharmaceutical, and research organisations
  • Effectively communicating the company’s CTS capabilities and value proposition to senior decision‑makers
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders across R&D, clinical operations, procurement, and executive leadership
  • Collaborating closely with internal operational, scientific, and leadership teams to support proposals, technical discussions, and contract negotiations
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand visibility and generate pipeline

 

Business Development Manager – Requirements:

  • Proven Business Development experience (typically 5+ years) within CDMO, CRO, pharmaceutical services, or related sectors
  • Demonstrable experience in Clinical Trial Supplies (CTS) – including formulation, packaging, labelling, distribution, and/or clinical supply management
  • A track record of managing full sales cycles and closing technical service deals
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with technical and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to clearly present complex capabilities and influence at senior levels
  • A proactive, strategic mindset with a collaborative approach
  • Willingness to travel for customer engagements and industry events as needed
