Job description

Mantell Associates has formed a partnership with a Cell & Gene CDMO who are seeking a VP of Facilities & Engineering.


VP of Facilities & Engineering - Responsibilities:

  • Lead team through management and mentoring

  • Implementing processes and procedures to ensure that goals are met

  • Manage and prepare budgets in an economical manner

  • Leading technological efforts to develop and improve efficiency

  • Develop team to be able to produce quality results in end product

  • Oversee the process and final approval of project plans

  • Manage budget and costs for development projects

  • Ensure projects are being developed and completed with budget


VP of Facilities & Engineering - Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or similar degree

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Leadership skills and interpersonal skills

  • Project management skills

  • Experience working with stakeholders

  • Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
