Mantell Associates is partnered with an exciting rapidly growing organization working in the Biologics space, who is seeking an experienced Vice President of Manufacturing to join their talented team.

VP Manufacturing - Responsibilities:

• ​Take ownership of GMP manufacturing operations

• Lead continued buildout and facilities expansion to ensure best in class set-up

• Lead and build a team of highly capable manufacturing personnel

• Implement and maintain highest possible standards within production

• Contribute to the organisations continued growth by providing outstanding manufacturing services to clients

• Drive automation and quality improvement initiatives

• Oversee the leadership and management of day-to-day Production, Engineering, Toolmaking & maintenance, and Repack operations of the business, ensuring the functions are running efficiently

• Create and maintain a customer-centric team culture, which is committed to a quality, continuous improvement, environmentally aware and safety-first mindset

VP Manufacturing - Requirements:

• ​Bachelor’s Degree minimum in Biology or any Life Sciences related discipline

• Strong experience within Biopharmaceutical manufacturing

• Extensive experience within GMP

• Leadership experience within managerial positions and overseeing large functions

• Previous CDMO experience is not a must, although an understanding of CDMO & a service focused mindset is required

• Ability to successfully evaluate operational performance and take an analytical and data driven approach to operational processes to further scale the business
