Mantell Associates is thrilled to have partnered with one of APAC’s most successful scaling CRO as they look to bring on a VP Biometrics to work with their senior leadership team and continue their rapid scale.

VP Biometrics responsibilities:

• Manage directly and indirectly the biometrics function including Data Management, Biostatistics and Programming

• Be the driving strategic force behind short / medium / long term function growth plans

• Act as the point of escalation between your heads of department

• Work closely with clients as the face of the CRO

• Have full P&L responsibility and authority over the biometrics function

• Work with senior leadership on development of team culture, atmosphere and environment

VP Biometrics requirements:

• Extensive experience managing very large Biometrics teams (either onsite / distributed)

• Experience in a CRO is essential for this position

• Understanding of all phases of the drug development life cycle preferable

• Familiarity with Oncology / Immunology / Neurology preferable but not essential

• Willingness to lead from the front

• A strategic approach to growth and proven record of scaling teams
