Job description

​​Mantell Associates are currently exclusively partnered with a specialist Strategy Consultancy firm who are known as one of the fastest growing Consultancies in Europe right now. Specialising entirely in the Pharmaceutical and Life Science space, they have seen great success in the past five years and are looking for a Vice President / Partner to head up the strategy practise of the company while being an integral part of the senior leadership team to drive the business forward.

Vice President / Partner - Responsibilities:

  • Play a leadership role in helping grow the business.

  • Define the objective and scope of strategy engagements and client deliverables in consultation with the Managing Director.

  • Lead teams in the execution of both commercial due diligence and strategy engagements.

  • Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and portfolio optimization.

Vice President / Partner - Requirements:

  • At a minimum, a bachelor's degree with outstanding academic performance and at least seven years of related leadership experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams on complex assignments and develop individual team members.

  • Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities in pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, device or life sciences tools..

  • An MBA with three to six years of post-graduate-school experience in a consulting, operating or investment banking role, with a particular focus on client advisory or strategic planning within a professional services environment. Some previous management consulting experience is required.​
