​Mantell Associates are currently partnered with a top 5 Cell & Gene Therapy organisation with a huge global footprint on the search for a Vice President of Business Development.

Our client is a key player in the innovation and development of cell & gene therapies globally from clinical right the way to commercial.



VP, Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Take lead business development responsibility for the business across Europe.

  • To work as part of a wider team to drive strategy for all manufacturing solutions for the business.

  • Develop and manage the key relationships of the business.

  • Provide ongoing market feedback to constantly inform development of the business development/operational strategy.

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience within a similar business development role within the cell and gene therapy.

VP, Business Development Requirements:

  • Highly motivated, dynamic and determined to support the mission of our client to accelerate the development of commercial cell and gene therapies across Europe.

  • Proven ability to engage constructively with colleagues at all levels across different departments to deliver objectives and to respond to a wide range of customer and management needs.

  • Excellent track record of business development
