Mantell Associates are currently partnered with a top 5 Cell & Gene Therapy organisation with a huge global footprint on the search for a Vice President of Business Development.
Our client is a key player in the innovation and development of cell & gene therapies globally from clinical right the way to commercial.
VP, Business Development Responsibilities:
Take lead business development responsibility for the business across Europe.
To work as part of a wider team to drive strategy for all manufacturing solutions for the business.
Develop and manage the key relationships of the business.
Provide ongoing market feedback to constantly inform development of the business development/operational strategy.
Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience within a similar business development role within the cell and gene therapy.
VP, Business Development Requirements:
Highly motivated, dynamic and determined to support the mission of our client to accelerate the development of commercial cell and gene therapies across Europe.
Proven ability to engage constructively with colleagues at all levels across different departments to deliver objectives and to respond to a wide range of customer and management needs.
Excellent track record of business development
