Mantell Associates are partnered with one of the largest and most exciting CDMOs in their search for a Transformation Program Manager. You will be working directly with C-Suite and executive level personnel providing critical support to the transformation journey of the business.
Transformation Program Manager - Responsibilities:
Sets up structure and definitions of strategic projects to lay the foundation for strategy execution and for comparability between projects
Develops steering tools and suggests KPIs for the EC that track the value creation of strategic projects
Defines the collaboration platform that enables monitoring of project status in real time and ease of sharing information, while maintaining confidentiality, the platform serves also for documentation of project execution and progress.
Transformation Program Manager - Requirements:
Certified project management skills.
Previous experience in managing global programs across multiple workstreams through presence and virtual means, either in a consulting context or as part of corporate strategic functions.
Strong business acumen and understanding of key financials required, critical review of business cases and project plans.
Management consultancy/market access background.
