Mantell Associates is a multi-award-winning Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical Executive Search firm based in the City of London, UK. Since being established in January 2019, Mantell Associates have expanded by 300% growing from 1 to 40 employees (April 2022). Due to our huge success within the past three years, we are now expanding even further in our London office and aim to be a team of 50 by the end of 2022.
We are currently looking for ambitious and driven professionals who are ready to join a rapidly growing firm as a Head-hunter / Executive Search Associate.
Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Responsibilities:
Work closely with candidates to help them navigate their careers and facilitate introductions to top high growth companies in our network.
Managing the recruitment and selection process ensuring our distinctive way of finding top talent is maintained
Effectively execute retained search mandates and additional projects to agreed timescales
Act as an ambassador for Mantell Associates in the market, understanding that each interaction is an important part of building our brand and network
Track the wider market closely and demonstrate curiosity, such that you are in a strong position to unearth potential business leads and market information pertaining to current and potential clients.
Headhunting top industry talent into high-level vacancies
Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Requirements:
No specific previous experience needed, but we are also very much open to people who have had some sales / prior recruitment experience.
Money motivated, resilient and ambitious
Someone who has a competitive drive with a willingness of wanting to do more.
Bachelors degree is preferred not required
