​Strategy Director - Responsibilities:

• As a Strategy Director you bring deep expertise in Qualitative insight and a passion for delivering fresh insight that informs superior decision making for the world’s leading healthcare and pharmaceutical companies

• You’ll manage and coach a small team on a portfolio of accounts that range in size and complexity

• Lead client relationships

• Ensuring we deliver quality, uncommon insights

• You excel at all stages of the insights process, from writing winning proposals to insight storytelling, you delight their clients and contribute to business growth

Strategy Director - Requirements:

• Experience leading qualitative research projects autonomously in the health/pharma industry

• Prior experience as a line manager

• Proven management skills. Able to lead and prioritise to deliver outstanding quality on time and coachateam to do so

• Strong presentation and storytelling skills

• Highly motivated and driven, with a hunger to win and grow our business

• Expert critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems

• Able to travel frequently as the job requires
