​Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a top 5 CDMO on the looking for a Sr. Business Development Manager to be located in either Boston or New York.

Sr. Business Development Manager - Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company.

  • Research markets and emerging market trends.

  • Working closely with the team, you will strategically plan and work on maintaining existing clients as well as targeting new business

  • You will use the data provided to analyse and capitalise on market opportunities

  • Developing new clients through the use of existing networks and other sales tools

Sr. Business Development Manager - Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business development activities and/or sales.

  • Ability of multi-task.

  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

  • Excellence communication and interpersonal skills.
