​Mantell Associates are partnered with an industry leader CDMO and top player within the Cell & Gene space, on the hunt for a Senior Scientist to join their Process Development division. Our client has state-of-the-art facilities around the United States of America and is hungry for further growth!

Senior Scientist Responsibilities:

• Act as team leader on providing support to junior and associate scientist on all downstream processes.

• Work independently as well as part of a team on end-to-end experiments for process development.

• Cross-departmental work with leaders from Process Development, Project Management, Manufacturing, and Quality.

• Act as the primary point of contact with the company's shareholders and stakeholders.

Senior Scientist Requirements:

• PhD in a life sciences field.

• Min of 5 years industry experience in purification processes.

• Strong leadership experience.

• Knowledge of cGMP, regulatory and validation required.
