Job description

​Mantell Associates are currently partnered with a market leading consumer healthcare organisation on their search for a Senior Sales Manager.

Senior Sales Manager - Responsibilities:

  • To support new business exploration, business strategy development and delivery of commercial activities to ensure that sales revenue is maximised

  • Drive business development by identifying and creating compelling business cases for new opportunities with new customers

  • Identify and review market trends (including but not limited to competitive activity, regulatory requirements, prices, user requirements and customer developments) and to feed this information into the senior leadership team

  • Inform, support, collaborate, effectively influence, and motivate colleagues, with a range of experience levels, to develop their skills and improve their knowledge of customer needs to aid in effective solution provisions

  • Develop effective and long-term customer relationships so that needs can be anticipated and delivered ahead of competitors

Senior Sales Manager - Requirements:

  • Economics degree or comparable qualification with at least three years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical environment

  • Confident, empathetic demeanor and strong communication skills

  • High level of motivation, resilience and initiative

  • Independent, structured, systematic and solution-oriented thinking and acting

  • Business fluent German and English, both written and spoken (another foreign language is advantageous)
