Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a rapidly growing Biologics CDMO on their search for a Senior Proposals Specialist.
Do you have experience with Proposal Writing & Technical Evaluations in the Biologics or Cell and Gene space?

Senior Proposals Specialist - Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating proposals across all franchises such as: Biologics, Vaccines, Nucleic Acids and Cell & Gene Therapy
Supporting the Sales and Business Development team in initial, pre & post proposal issuance, client calls and face to face meetings to close business
Will become an integral member of the commercial operations unit
Senior Proposals Specialist - Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering or Scientific area
Client facing experience
3+ years of Biopharma or CDMO experience
3+ years of Proposal Writing and technical evaluations experience
Strong understanding of Biologics or Cell & Gene Therapies
Flexibility to travel for client visits (no more than 25%)
