They are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for the on-site planning, oversight and execution of all project-related tasks and activities required to fulfil contracted scope and to satisfy the expectations of the company and its clients and more.
Senior Project Manager - Responsibilities:
Ensures the dissemination of approved work scope to team members, working with operations leads and capacity planning to assign and schedule tasks related to the introduction of new projects within the site
Plans, executes and coordinates of all aspects of the project, on-site, in order to maintain schedule, budget, scope and quality in accordance with project requirements.
Oversees all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities
Manages the project budget to include planning and cost/resource implications of the approved work scope, and tracking expenditures
Assists with development of project integrated master schedules
Provides project management leadership to a cross-functional Product Development Team (PDT) required to conduct the project scope of work (ex. PD, Manufacturing, QA, QC, RA) and helps to define the mission, vision and direction for the PDT.
Supports clinical and commercial development initiatives
Manages client and other project stakeholder relationships, communications, requirements and expectations, and interfaces directly with the client.
Senior Project Manager - Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in MS Project and/or Smartsheet required
Strong leadership and management skills required
Ability to manage large or multiple projects.
Demonstrated experience with timeline development.
Experience with project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required.
