Mantell Associates are currently partnered with a market leading CDMO organisation on the search for a Senior Project Manager.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful implementation of go-to-market strategies for new product introductions (NPIs) and partner with the relevant marketing and commercial teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets

• Manage, nurture, and expand projects with existing and potential customers and related CDMO portfolio/programs/projects based on governance model

• Lead interdisciplinary project teams ensuring program scoping, structuring and planning including definition and alignment of key deliverables for executing customer order syntheses

• Regular, transparent reporting of results for effective communication to internal and external stakeholders and manage escalations resolutions

Senior Project Manager Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration ideally in combination with a Life Science Education e.g. Molecular Biology, Biotechnology/Chemistry or similar, with preference for an advanced degree (MSc or PhD)

• English and German language

• Experience in NCE/API development, transfer and manufacturing projects is a must; preferred CMC expertise

• Experience with biological processes is desired
