Senior Manager of Demand Planning - Responsibilities:
Manage the entire demand planning and S&OP requirements including input to project leads and Forecast preparation.
Develop the strategy, drive, lead and execute this strategy for the unit.
Lead the S&OP process, consistently scheduling meetings and ensuring quality data on past performance and make sure the future forecast is available for S&OP review.
Lead and manage a team from scratch.
Collaborate with the commercial team, sales, and other key departments to achieve the best service level.
Work with Supply & Logistics groups to make sure sufficient inventory is planned to attain the required service level.
Senior Manager of Demand Planning - Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific area or engineering field
5+ years of experience in production & demand planning
3+ years of experience in Pharma/Biotech Supply Chain & GMP
Knowledge in manufacturing, logistics, S&OP or sales will be a plus
Knowledge in SAP & MS Office
