Senior Manager - Responsibilities:

• Acting as the day-to-day manager for a portfolio of consulting projects with responsibility for project delivery, team and project resource management, client relationships and upwards management with senior leaders

• Actively developing junior resources on the project in general consulting skills and project related content and functional knowledge

• Contributing to business development by identifying and developing opportunities for add-on sales

• Assisting with or leading proposal development and sales pitches

• Contributing to internal thought leadership and content development

Senior Manager - Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience within the consulting industry

• Experience in the commercial side of life science consulting

• Experience working in client facing role whilst leading teams of 4+ people.
