Mantell Associates is representing a global leader in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, chemical, and medical device industries. This innovative company operates a vast network of subsidiaries and employees across multiple continents, dedicated to creating products for better health worldwide. They are currently seeking a Senior Manager Compliance to join the team in Frankfurt.
Senior Manager Compliance – Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Director Compliance to develop and implement a comprehensive business ethics and corporate compliance program across European entities
- Develop and roll out Speak Up and reporting channels for the European entities as well as investigation capabilities
- Develop and implement Third Party Risk Management procedures supporting European entities in their third-party due diligence
- Facilitate structure, design, delivery and reporting of Compliance trainings
Senior Manager Compliance – Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years proven compliance, audit, regulatory, and/or legal management experience, including experience in building compliance infrastructure with an international (regional/global) scope
- Work experience in highly regulated industry (life sciences would be a plus)
- Strong project management skills
- Proven record in performing compliance risk assessments, drafting compliance policies and communications
- English is essential, German (or French or Spanish) is a plus
Role must be located in Frankfurt 3 days a week so please ensure you can either commute or relocate. Relocation support will be considered on a case by case basis.
