Mantell Associates is partnered with a Rapidly growing CDMO who are seeking a Director, Validation & Metrology who would be responsible for the administration and oversight of all Validation and Metrology activities to ensure compliance with the requirements of regulatory authorities, cGMP and customers.

Senior Director Validation Responsibilities:

• Implement, coordinate, and administer the Validation and Metrology programs

• Equipment, facility, and process validation

• Computerised system validation and administration

• Serialisation process validation

Senior Director Validation Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science or other related discipline 

• A minimum of 5 years management/leadership experience in pharmaceutical industry validation

• Knowledge of validation requirements and operating principles for injectable drug manufacturing, including aseptic processing, terminal sterilisation, lyophilisation, clean room design, and serialisation
