Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a Biologics CDMO in their search for a Senior Director Process Development to become a critical part of their leadership team.

Senior Director Process Development - Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor, and encourage a large team of bioprocess scientists and engineers

• Oversee a large portfolio of development programs

• Offer technical sales support: Identify client needs, assist in crafting development program and proposal writing

• Work with scientists and clients to craft development programs and experimental plans

• Form a critical part of the leadership team within the business

Senior Director Process Development - Requirements:

• Minimum of Msc. level qualification within a related Life Sciences discipline

• Strong technical knowledge in biological development that allows for sound decision-making and enhances customer confidence

• Have previous experience in client facing role

• Experience writing IND CMC sections is preferred

• Proven ability to lead technical, high performance teams

• Ability to teach teams to work precisely to achieve right-first-time results

• Skilled at both detailed and executive level technical communication
