​Mantell Associates are currently partnered with a market leading Biotherapeutics company based in the US, in their search for a Senior Director of High Resolution Mass Spectrometry.

Senior Director HRMS Responsibilities:

• Provide scientific leadership for the HRMS site

• Set HRMS strategy for the company, including building the capital and Human Resource growth

• Analyse data and create reports for HRMS work

• Actively pursue new clients working with Business Development team

• Provide training and educational opportunities to scientific team

• Set goals and objectives for scientific team

• Work cross-functionally with other members of the leadership team to provide integrated support to clients

• Communicate with clients to provide the best support for the problems 

Senior Director HRMS Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry or Analytical Chemistry

• 6+ years of hands-on mass spec experience

• Understanding of large molecule development process

• Experience with multiple high resolution mass spec workflows preferred

• Authorisation to work in the United States
