Mantell Associates is partnered with a rapidly growing global CRDMO on their search for a Senior Director of Business Development. Your responsibility will be to play a key role in identifying and developing prospects to expand the portfolio and growth, through a combination of organic and inorganic focus globally.

Senior Director of Business Development - Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute both short and long term business strategy, working very closely with the CEO & the board

  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with Biopharma customers

  • Be an important part in the ongoing liaison between internal groups and the external customer

  • Lead the initiative to introduce new projects and business opportunities pursuant the overall business strategy both at existing and new accounts.

  • Drive company values, revenue growth and profitability by offering high quality leadership

Senior Director of Business Development - Requirements:

  • Minimum of BSc degree in a Life Science related discipline, Msc or PhD preferred, MBA highly desirable

  • 8 years of Sales & Business Development (CRDMO preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of the Drug Discovery space, both large and small molecule

  • Experience working in a fast paced, high growth Biomanufacturing organisation
