Your responsibility will be to play a key role in identifying and developing prospects to expand the portfolio and growth, through a combination of organic and inorganic focus globally.

Senior Director of Business Development - Responsibilities:
Define and execute both short and long term business strategy, working very closely with the CEO & the board
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with Biopharma customers
Be an important part in the ongoing liaison between internal groups and the external customer
Lead the initiative to introduce new projects and business opportunities pursuant the overall business strategy both at existing and new accounts.
Drive company values, revenue growth and profitability by offering high quality leadership
Senior Director of Business Development - Requirements:
Minimum of BSc degree in a Life Science related discipline, Msc or PhD preferred, MBA highly desirable
8 years of Sales & Business Development (CRDMO preferred)
Strong knowledge of the Drug Discovery space, both large and small molecule
Experience working in a fast paced, high growth Biomanufacturing organisation
