​​Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leading, global Pharmaceutical service provider & CRO business who operate across everything across Clinical Operations, HEOR, Market Access, Real World Evidence, Biometrics and many more.

The Global Value & Access division is current seeking a new Senior Director to play a key part in the leadership of the division whilst playing a key part in Business Development whilst working across US and EU5 Market Access.

Senior Director Responsibilities:

• 70% / 30% split between Project leadership and Business Development

• Leading a large team of Consultants & Analysts and supporting development

• Work closely with internal divisions to identify new business opportunities

• Work on Strategic Market Access & HTAs

• Play a key part in the leadership of the division and wider business
  

Senior Director Requirements:

• Experience in Line Management within Market Access

• Experience working within a Consultancy is required

• 8 years + experience in Market Access / HEOR

• Have existing relationships with Pharmaceutical & Biotech organisations

• Track record in working directly with clients across the Life Science industry
