Mantell Associates is currently partnered with an innovative CDMO who are seeking an exceptional individual to join them as their Senior Director of Bioconjugation and become part of their senior leadership team.

Senior Director Bioconjugation - Responsibilities:

• In line with business goals and objectives, develop and executive a scientific strategy and vision for the organisation with the senior leadership team

• Lead a growing team to ensure objectives are met in a timely manner and to a high standard

• Oversee a wide range of projects across a variety of scientific disciplines

• Represent the organisation at industry events, investor and stakeholder meetings, and scientific conferences

• Manage intellectual property portfolios, including trademarks and patents

• Play a critical influencing role with senior stakeholders within the industry

Senior Director Bioconjugation - Requirements:

• Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a relevant field such as biochemistry, genetics, molecular biology or a related discipline

• Deep industry knowledge and expertise essential

• Knowledgeable about regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the pharma/biotech industry

• Proven ability to lead scientific teams while overseeing complex projects

• Experience setting and implementing organisational strategy at scale, complemented by a track record as an inspirational senior leader of high performing teams

• A strong personal track record of research excellence, bringing expert knowledge of research strategy and funding
