Mantell Associates is partnered with a reputable organization and aims to strengthen its Sales team by appointing a Senior Account Manager for an exciting and fast-growing CDMO. This position requires a deep understanding of the small molecule industry, focused on selling drug products and service sales.
Senior Account Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to identify, target, and win new business and IP generation
Understand customer needs and requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective customers, and negotiate terms and conditions to close sales
Develop long-term contracts (supply agreements, joint development agreements, licensing agreements)
Senior Account Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, chemistry, or chemical engineering
Business development experience with a strength in services or pharmaceutical ingredients
Strong negotiation skills for complex contracts
Experience in pharmaceutical API's, ingredients, or service sales within CDMO
