Mantell Associates is currently partnered with one of the most innovative organisations in the Cell and Gene Therapy space to aid their search for a Sales Representative.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Deliver the annual sales budget and gross margin budget
Manage an existing customer base
Execute sales programs for new prospective clients to increase awareness of the company’s products offering and key differentiators from our competition
Develops growth opportunities
Implement account management plans for strategic global customers
Involvement with contract negotiations (Supply Agreements, Development Agreements, Licensing Agreements)
Analyse market data to prepare and implements product market strategies on a global basis
Involvement in the ongoing liaison between internal groups and the external customer
Participate in standard forecasting, funnel management, and provide detailed reports to the leadership team
Sales Representative Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Biology or an equivalent field
Strong commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Consultative sales person with a strategic mindset
Strong understanding of market drivers within the Cell & Gene Therapy space
Able to translate excellent customer service and advice into long-term customer relationships and sales success
Possess knowledge of Cell Line Development, Stemcells, HEK or an equivlent
Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal
