Job description

Mantell Associates is currently partnered with one of the most innovative organisations in​ the Cell and Gene Therapy space to aid their search for a Sales Representative.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the annual sales budget and gross margin budget

  • Manage an existing customer base

  • Execute sales programs for new prospective clients to increase awareness of the company’s products offering and key differentiators from our competition

  • Develops growth opportunities

  • Implement account management plans for strategic global customers

  • Involvement with contract negotiations (Supply Agreements, Development Agreements, Licensing Agreements)

  • Analyse market data to prepare and implements product market strategies on a global basis

  • Involvement in the ongoing liaison between internal groups and the external customer

  • Participate in standard forecasting, funnel management, and provide detailed reports to the leadership team

Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Biology or an equivalent field

  • Strong commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Consultative sales person with a strategic mindset

  • Strong understanding of market drivers within the Cell & Gene Therapy space

  • Able to translate excellent customer service and advice into long-term customer relationships and sales success

  • Possess knowledge of Cell Line Development, Stemcells, HEK or an equivlent

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal
