Mantell Associates is currently partnered with one of the most innovative organization in the Cell and Gene Therapy space to aid their search for a Sales Representative.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders in the industry
Work closely with marketing and product development teams to understand customer needs and develop effective sales strategies
Meet or exceed sales goals on a consistent basis
Continuously stay up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and competitive developments within the industry
Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth
Sales Representative Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge and understanding of the Cell and Gene Therapy industry
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage a large territory
