Mantell Associates are currently partnered with a hugely respected and rapidly growing organisation which doubled in size globally last year and are aiding their search in a commercial team build across the West Coast of America.
Responsibilities:
Identify new strategic business opportunities by targeted prospection and close new business deals.
Manage 4 Sales Executives in the BioPharma portfolio.
Be the face and spirit of the Biopharma portfolio.
Foster and develop new relationships with companies and institutions.
Create new business and distributor partnerships.
Create relevant marketing and promotional material together with the marketing team.
Mentor and train sales executives in the Biopharma business unit.
