They already have a dedicated team expanding in the United States, and they are now looking for a Manager to join the commercial team that will have the responsibility as Business Development.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Work with the BU General manager to make the long-term marketing and sales
    plan, as well as the sales strategy for the US market.

  • Lead the local the business development, make sure that the current business
    grows in a healthy way, and develop new business.

  • Promote products in US nutritional market, and organize company’s resources
    to provide necessary technical support to the customers.

  • Build company’s brand and increase popularity in the market.

  • Monitor the market status and competitors’ activities, and increase the market
    share of company’s products.

  • Make suggestions on the sales target and sales strategy in the company, and decide
    the marketing plan & promotions in the territory and industry.

  • Make suggestions on the pricing strategy in the company.

Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years of experience of sales or marketing in Nutritional Supplement industry with considerable customer resources.

  • At least 2 days on the road, and short-term travel for business upon the approval
    of the management.

  • Bachelor’s degree with biopharmaceutical, chemical or marketing background.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Hungry and Driven by sales success.

  • Understanding of the Pharma/ Life Sciences sector would be advantageous.
