Mantell Associates is currently partnered with one of the most exciting small molecule CDMOs around at the moment on their search for a Regional Sales Director.

Your mission is to drive the products sales and profitability growth within the region.

Regional Sales Director – Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for delivering the annual sales budget and gross margin budget in the region

  • Manages the customer base to oversee the existing business

  • Create and execute sales programs for new prospective clients to increase awareness of the company’s products offering and key differentiators from our competition.

  • Identifies and develops grow opportunities

  • Develops and implements account management plans for strategic global customers

  • Negotiates complex, long-term contracts (Supply Agreements, Development Agreements, Licensing Agreements)

  • Captures and analyses market data to prepare and implements product market strategies on a global basis

Regional Sales Director – Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years relevant commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.

  • Established contacts in major pharmaceutical organizations and a strong understanding of market drivers
