Mantell Associates is currently partnered with one of the most successful and reputable CDMOs in their search for a Regional Director of Sales (CDMO Services).
Responsibilities:
Be an integral part in the ongoing liaison between internal groups and the external customer.
Lead a small, talented team to introduce new projects and business opportunities pursuant the overall business strategy both at existing and new accounts.
Actively pursue development, technical transfer, and commercial manufacturing opportunities for drug substance and drug product manufacturing, building strong client relationships, forging new business partnerships, nurturing and qualifying leads, and maintaining high visibility within networking and trade organizations within the defined territory.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years experience in business development or sales, with proven track record in selling CDMO services.
Experience in Drug Substance, Drug Product, Analytical, Fine Chemicals, and CDMO Services is required.
Previous leadership or management experience is highly desired.
