Mantell Associates is a multi-award-winning Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical Executive Search firm based in the City of London, UK. Since being established in January 2019, Mantell Associates have expanded by 300% growing from 1 to 40 employees (April 2022). Due to our huge success within the past three years, we are now expanding even further in our London office and aim to be a team of 50 by the end of 2022. We are currently looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our Small Molecules team!
Recruitment Consultant - Responsibilities:
Work closely with an allocated Business Manager (Harry Jones) within the Small Molecules division
Work closely with candidates and clients to help them navigate their career cycle
Effectively execute retained search mandates and additional projects to agreed timescales
Have full autonomy over your own desk and play a huge part in the success and growth of Mantell Associates
Manage client and candidate assignments in a professional and timely manner
Recruitment Consultant - Who we are looking for:
6 months experience within recruitment (White Collar Market - such as Finance, IT or Engineering)
University Degree is preferable
Previous experience as a Resourcer or dealing with the full 360 cycle within recruitment
Must be in a commutable distance to our London office in Aldgate
An individual who is money motivated, resilient and ambitious
Someone who has a competitive drive with a willingness of wanting to do more
