Mantell Associates is a multi-award-winning Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical Executive Search firm based in the City of London, UK. Since being established in January 2019, Mantell Associates have expanded by 300% growing from 1 to 40 employees (April 2022). Due to our huge success within the past three years, we are now expanding even further in our London office and aim to be a team of 50 by the end of 2022.
Recruitment Consultant - Responsibilities:
Work closely with candidates to help them navigate their careers and facilitate introductions to top high growth companies in our network
Report directly to your allocated Business Manager within the Life Science Consultancy division
Have full autonomy within your desk, managing the recruitment and selection process ensuring our distinctive way of finding top talent is maintained
Act as an ambassador for Mantell Associates in the market, understanding that each interaction is an important part of building our brand and network
Be part of Mantell Associates 2022 growth in our London and US team
Recruitment Consultant - Who we are looking for:
Must have 6 months experience within recruitment - Life Science /Pharmaceutical experience preferred but not essential
University Degree is desirable
Have a confident phone manner and strong communication skills
Must be in a commutable distance to our London office in Aldgate
Ability to work in a fast paced and competitive environment
Someone who has a competitive drive with a willingness of wanting to do more
