Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a world leader in the design and manufacture of automatic machines for pharma packaging, who is seeking a Project Manager to join their team on an open-ended contract.
Project Manager – Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a high quality Project Management team
- Installation of equipment to supplier organisation and management of engineers
- Design and implement new processes for projects
- Manage internal and external stakeholders whilst ensuring timely project delivery
- Take overall responsibility for the Project Management function
- Set out and manage project timelines, resources and scope of projects
- Assist with new business proposal preparation, as required
- Support commercial development initiatives
- Assist with development of project integrated master schedules
Project Manager – Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in science, engineering or equivalent
- Experience in the automotive industry preferable
- Strong understanding of automation, mechatronics, mechanical P&IDs and electronics
- Strong previous Project Management experience
- Expertise in managing project scopes, timelines & deliverables
- Ability to manage large or multiple projects
- Excellent communication, organisation, planning and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience with timeline development
- Experience with project management concepts, practices, and procedures
