Mantell Associates are currently partnered with one of the fastest growing Biopharmaceutical CDMO’s on the planet. They are seeking talented Senior Project Managers/Project Managers to join the business and become a part of something truly special.
Core responsibilities:
Involved in all aspects of the project, in order to maintain schedule, budget, scope and quality in accordance with requirements.
Oversee all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities
Project budgets to include planning and cost/resource implications of the approved work scope, and tracking expenditures.
Manages client and other project stakeholder relationships.
Works independently, preparing consistent project updates for the leadership team to review and monitor performance.
Interacts closely with Technical and Commercial team Leads to support sales and business development.
Identify project risks and the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies/solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or equivalent work experience
1+ years’ experience in a Project Management position at a Biologics CDMO
Technical experience in the biotech industry will be ideal
Experience in managing large or multiple projects
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification would be ideal
