Mantell Associates are currently partnered with the most innovative CDMO on the market. Our client is seeking a Project Management Director to be based in Florida, USA. As Project Management Director, you'll be joining one of the most rapidly growing players in the market and be a part of the growth of this very successful organisation.

Project Management Director - Responsibilities:

  • Management of all Project Managers and Program Managers for all client facing tasks at the Alachua site.

  • Manage and track all program costs, schedules and performance against established program milestones and contractual requirements

  • Lead internal program/project reviews for the Alachua site

  • Participate in and provide guidance during proposal negotiations

  • Support, communicate and continually reinforce the mission, values and culture of the organization

  • Promote and drive a culture of accountability for the Alachua site PM team through effective people management.

Project Management Director - Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or equivalent work experience.

  • Knowledge of project management and financial management principles

  • Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills

  • Advanced understanding of the proposal life cycle in corporate and government environments

  • Direct project management experience in managing complex, multiple biopharmaceutical programs

  • Experience in overseeing a portfolio of projects and managing budgets
