​Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leading Biologics CDMO based in the USA, in their search for Principal Project Engineers with experience in the chemical process industry.

Principal Project Engineer - Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for securing resources, managing budgets as well as mitigating risks.

  • Plan/ manage/ monitor internal projects from the start of the project through design, construction, commissioning and closeout.

  • Provide direction to assure compliance with the company’s internal and external regulatory policies/ codes/ standards and regulations.

  • Managing projects with varying size and complexity (detailed planning across all functions and effective communication at all levels within the organisation is key in this role).

Principal Project Engineer - Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in engineering (Preferable: Chemical or Mechanical Engineering but not essential).

  • 15 years of experience leading projects in industrial facilities. Typical range could be $250k up to $20M and up to $50M in expenditures.

Full relocation package given to successful candidates who are in need of relocating for this role. Expectations are that you would be on site for 2-3 days of the working week.
