Mantell Associates is lucky to be partnered with one of the most technologically advanced AI companies who partner with global businesses to build and run AI products, including the Pharmaceutical and BioTechnology space. They are in a massive period of growth and are looking for new additions to their Data Science team.

Principal Data Scientist Responsibilities:

• Lead Data Science and Machine Learning projects both end-to-end as well as feature led

• Define data science modeling strategy and advise/revise coding approach

• Lead of multidisciplinary teams of data scientists and developers

• Manage team capacity and agree project scopes

• Act as internal stakeholder representing Data Science to other functions

• Be client facing, understanding their challenges and requirements and working with them to translate into viable products

Principal Data Scientist Requirements:

• Msc / PhD in Computer Science / Data Science / Informatics or similar

• Industry experience is highly preferred, in particular experience working on clinical / R&D / pharmaceutical products and data

• Programming: Python, R, SQL

• Machine Learning: Supervised, unsupervised, deep learning etc (PyTorch / TensorFlow)

• Experience leading projects / teams

• Any experience working in a cloud environment preferred
