The biggest CDMO small molecules and lon-lasting partners of Mantell Associates are in the hunt for a talented PMO Senior Project Manager.

Responsabilities:

  • Establish career development plans and training plans for the PM team, evaluate their performance and provide feedback on at least a biannual basis, and establish annual objectives for all direct reports when applicable.

  • Facilitate organization-wide stakeholder engagement and agreement, actively contributing to customer satisfaction.

  • Control area deliverables and ensures they are completed on time and in full.

  • Guarantee that the members of the area fulfill their obligation in terms of Quality and HSE.

  • Assign program and project managers to programs and projects.

  • Develop and sustain standardized PM processes, implemented in a consistent and repeatable manner.

  • Oversee the integration of program and project processes.

  • Develop organizational governance frameworks, hierarchies, and relationships.

  • Monitor portfolio, program, and project performance (actual versus planned) and key performance indicators.

  • Implement a PM continuous improvement system, to optimize the existing processes and adapt to new challenges and realities.

  • Identify publication opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Professional Project Management certification required.

  • University/College degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent degree in a scientific area.

  • At least 5 years of management experience (preferentially management of teams).

  • At least 5 years of experience in a scientific area, such as process development and optimization, engineering, production, analytical chemistry or quality assurance.

  • Project and Program Management experience with planning, risk management, earned value and Project Management tools.
