The biggest CDMO small molecules and lon-lasting partners of Mantell Associates are in the hunt for a talented PMO Senior Project Manager.

Responsabilities:
Establish career development plans and training plans for the PM team, evaluate their performance and provide feedback on at least a biannual basis, and establish annual objectives for all direct reports when applicable.
Facilitate organization-wide stakeholder engagement and agreement, actively contributing to customer satisfaction.
Control area deliverables and ensures they are completed on time and in full.
Guarantee that the members of the area fulfill their obligation in terms of Quality and HSE.
Assign program and project managers to programs and projects.
Develop and sustain standardized PM processes, implemented in a consistent and repeatable manner.
Oversee the integration of program and project processes.
Develop organizational governance frameworks, hierarchies, and relationships.
Monitor portfolio, program, and project performance (actual versus planned) and key performance indicators.
Implement a PM continuous improvement system, to optimize the existing processes and adapt to new challenges and realities.
Identify publication opportunities.
Requirements:
Professional Project Management certification required.
University/College degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent degree in a scientific area.
At least 5 years of management experience (preferentially management of teams).
At least 5 years of experience in a scientific area, such as process development and optimization, engineering, production, analytical chemistry or quality assurance.
Project and Program Management experience with planning, risk management, earned value and Project Management tools.
