Our partner organization is dedicated to conducting innovative clinical trials and research to advance medical knowledge and improve patient outcomes. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Director to provide medical leadership and expertise to their research programs.
Responsibilities of the Medical Director:
Provide medical oversight and strategic guidance for clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical guidelines, and study protocols
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical trial protocols, including patient selection criteria, safety monitoring, and efficacy assessments
Review and interpret clinical trial data, ensuring accurate analysis and reporting of results
Act as a medical expert and liaison for external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, sponsors, and investigative sites
Contribute to the development of scientific publications and presentations based on research findings
Requirements for the Medical Director:
Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) with specialization in a relevant therapeutic area
Extensive experience in clinical research, including previous roles as a Medical Director or similar leadership positions within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
In-depth knowledge of clinical trial regulations, GCP guidelines, and industry best practices
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Proven track record of successful contributions to clinical research studies and publications
