Our partner organization is dedicated to conducting innovative clinical trials and research to advance medical knowledge and improve patient outcomes. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Director to provide medical leadership and expertise to their research programs.

Responsibilities of the Medical Director:

  • Provide medical oversight and strategic guidance for clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical guidelines, and study protocols

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical trial protocols, including patient selection criteria, safety monitoring, and efficacy assessments

  • Review and interpret clinical trial data, ensuring accurate analysis and reporting of results

  • Act as a medical expert and liaison for external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, sponsors, and investigative sites

  • Contribute to the development of scientific publications and presentations based on research findings

Requirements for the Medical Director:

  • Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) with specialization in a relevant therapeutic area

  • Extensive experience in clinical research, including previous roles as a Medical Director or similar leadership positions within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry

  • In-depth knowledge of clinical trial regulations, GCP guidelines, and industry best practices

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

  • Proven track record of successful contributions to clinical research studies and publications
