​Mantell Associates are partnered with a top 5 CDMO for a Managing Director to lead one of the their most important sites in France.

General Manager - Responsibilities:

Lead and head up a site of 500+ people

An experienced, well-rounded executive.

Successful experience of and/or exposure of the wider fast moving Beauty/Pharmaceutical/FMCG production arena.

Ability to support the Business Plan by developing strategic business interventions and strategies with the leadership teams.

General Manager – Requirements:

10-15+ years Sterile Fill and Finish experience

Experience leading large teams

Experience within a CDMO​

To be an autonomous self-starter
