​Mantell Associates is proudly partnering with a revolutionary CDMO that specialise in the small molecule sector, with a main focus on drug product. This organisation is rapidly growing across the world and now is looking for a decisive business person to support the expansion.

As a Managing Director, based in Germany, you will be responsible of the entire Strategic Business Unit, from the operation to the liaise with Stakeholders and drive the business.

Responsibilities:

• Working directly with the CEO and leadership team.

• Developing and implementing the company’s business strategies.

• Creating, executing, and monitoring the performance of comprehensive business plans.

• Overseeing the investments, business ventures, and financial stability of the company.

• Overseeing employment, professional development, and employee performance activities.

• Establishing long-lasting relationships with shareholders, partners, local authorities and regulators.

• Be in charge of the P&L.

Requirements:

• Degree in business or similar. Master's degree preferred.

• Extensive experience as a Site Manager or Operation Manager or in a similar role.

• Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, also strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to excel in high-pressure situations.

• Written and Spoken English it's a must.
