Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a Global leader in the CRO industry making some major moves right now, the position is based in the US. They are currently in search of an immunogenicity lead.

This global CRO is dedicated to pushing boundaries and has won several awards that proves so. They recently were awarded with spearheading two companies large molecule research and development, they’re going from strength and strength and putting them way ahead of their competitors! They’re looking for an immunogenicity lead to join the team, and lead in developing and validating ADA assays, work closely with cross functional teams to verify proper measures are being taken, and have prior Immunology experience.

Immunogenicity Lead Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot immunogenicity assays using various platforms

• Lead immunogenicity team to design assay and troubleshoot on various large molecule principles (such as ADC, fusion protein, bispecific)

• Collaborate with clients when necessary

• Understand and apply GLB guidelines

Immunogenicity Lead Requirements:

• Previous CRO experience is preferred

• GLP experience necessary

• Experience developing and validating ADA assays

• Strong initiative
