​Mantell Associates is currently working on an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist/Manager to join a rapidly growing MedTech/Diagnostic organisation based in Braunschweig, Hannover.

The business has recently acquired the German site so this is a huge opportunity to oversee the HR structure for the German business unit.

​

HR Generalist/Manager - Responsibilities:

• Building the HR function and overall companywide structure

• Heading up the recruitment within the business, working closely with the leadership team and hiring managers to grow the business accordingly

• Lead a team of 2 people with plans to grow the team further

• Be onsite 5 days per week as you will be one of the first within the German business

HR Generalist/Manager - Requirements:

• Working knowledge of same or similar industry within the Medical, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences space

• Experienced and passionate HR professional

• Heavily involvement in the recruiting/hiring for a business, experience expanding the organization

• Excellent leadership skills, managing a team of people

• Committed to being onsite 5 days per week in Braunschweig Hannover
