Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a growing Medical Devices organisation in their search for a HR Manager to join the company.
HR Manager - Responsibilities:
Approve and manage all holidays of employees
Assist with processing and record keeping related to hiring, separation, leave, transfer and promotion of employees
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer, including assisting with legal cases and contracts
Assist with opening new offices and contracts involved
Handle contracts with partner organisations and clients
Manage various benefits and incentives for employees
Manage various HR programs
HR Manager - Requirements:
Strong HR Generalist, HR Business Partnering, or related experience
Must be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Great communication skills
A positive, flexible attitude
