Mantell Associates is partnered with a private equity backed, high-growth disruptive pharmaceutical commercialization software business, who are searching for their first Human Resources manager reporting directly to the CEO and COO.

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced human resources professional to serve as a strategic partner to leadership while driving the implementation of the enterprise-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices. Role and responsibilities can expand as individual performs and organization scales.

Human Resources Lead – Responsibilities:

• A critical member of a lean organization who will support the team and oversee all areas of HR including, but not limited to, employment and staffing, benefits, compliance with domestic and international employment laws, regulatory agencies, corporate policies, personnel policies, compensation, employee relations, record keeping, and training
• Lead HR practices and objectives that will drive an employee oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, performance standards, and goal attainment
• Recruit and continuously develop a superior workforce that is highly productive and engaged
• Establish best practices around benefits, policies, and record keeping

Human Resources Lead – Requirements:

• Company is based in Florida, but flexible to work remotely with ability to occasionally travel
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or other related field is required
• Certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, etc.) strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience demonstrating in-depth knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines such as recruiting, employee relations, benefits, compensation, federal and state employment and benefits laws, etc.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or life science setting is preferred, but not required
• Experience with an international workforce would be viewed favorably
• Experience managing PEO relationships and their HR software portals e.g. ADP Total Source (or similar platforms) is preferred  
• Self-starter willing to roll up their sleeves and act as the sole human resources lead
