Mantell Associates is partnered with a growing organisation who is searching for a Human Resources Director to lead the HR team. As HR Director, you will be covering all aspects of HR.

Head of Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures that comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and align with the company's values and culture

  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, including EEO, FLSA, ADA, and FMLA, and oversee HR audits as required

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive human resources strategy that supports the organization's goals and objectives, including talent acquisition, retention, and development

  • Develop and manage the HR budget, including managing the compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals

  • Create and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive company culture and improve employee morale

  • Manage HR systems and data, including HRIS, payroll, and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Work with the CEO and senior management team to identify and address HR-related issues and develop solutions to support the company's growth and success

  • Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their professional growth and success

Head of Human Resources Requirements:

  • 6 years + experience in HR

  • Fluent in French

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
