Mantell Associates are currently partnered with one of the top 5 CDMO’s in the world. This organisation is in search of a Vice President for the European site.
As Vice President, you will be the key to the growth of the business around the globe.
Vice President - Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
Cultivate lasting relationships with existing customers.
Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients.
Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products.
Vice President - Requirements:
At least 10 years of working experience in a sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Proven track record in presenting/ leading technical and business discussions with a large Pharma and CDMOs.
Solid understanding of API and drug products.
Ability to network at a high decision-maker level.
Fluent in English. Additional language is a plus.
